LarkPanel documentation

The official overview for launching, operating and scaling branded SMM service storefronts with LarkPanel.

Updated October 12, 2026

What is LarkPanel?

LarkPanel is a SaaS platform for SMM panel owners, resellers, agencies and sales teams. One account can manage multiple storefronts, brands, orders, providers, pricing rules, wallets and team members.

Getting started

You can launch your first storefront without writing code.

  1. Create an administrator account.
  2. Create a storefront and choose its domain, logo, language and currency.
  3. Add services or connect providers.
  4. Set default, group or customer-specific prices.
  5. Invite customers to order and track progress in real time.

Storefronts and brands

Each storefront can have its own identity, domain, service catalog and language. This model lets one team operate several customer-facing brands from one workspace.

Orders and routing

Orders use clear operational states. With multiple providers, LarkPanel can route an order to a suitable source, retry it or use a fallback when a provider has a problem.

Pricing, wallets and payments

Operators can configure default, group or customer prices and review balances, transactions, refunds and VietQR top-ups.

Teams and security

Invite team members and scope access by role. Sign-in options include Google, Apple and passkeys on compatible devices.

API v2 and MCP

API v2 supports common reseller flows such as listing services, creating orders, checking status, supported cancellation and balance lookup. MCP connects authorized AI agents and tools to available capabilities.

Plans

The public site presents Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans based on order volume and operational needs. Published prices and terms are indicative until confirmed during signup.
