# LarkPanel documentation

## Overview

LarkPanel is a SaaS platform for launching and operating branded SMM service storefronts. It is designed for panel owners, resellers, agencies and sales teams. One account can manage multiple storefronts, brands, service catalogs, orders, providers, pricing rules, wallets and team members.

## Getting started

1. Create an administrator account at https://admin.larkpanel.com.
2. Create a storefront and configure its domain, logo, language and currency.
3. Add services or connect providers.
4. Set default, group or customer-specific prices.
5. Invite customers to order and track order states.

## Storefronts and brands

Each storefront can have its own identity, domain, service catalog and language. This allows one organization to operate several customer-facing brands from a shared workspace.

## Orders and provider routing

Orders use visible operational states. When multiple providers are connected, LarkPanel can route an order to a suitable source, retry processing or use a fallback when a provider has a problem.

## Pricing, wallets and payments

Operators can configure default, group or customer-specific pricing. The platform exposes wallet balances, transaction history, refunds and VietQR top-up workflows.

## Teams and security

Organizations can invite members and scope their access by role. Supported sign-in options include Google, Apple and passkeys on compatible devices.

## API v2 and MCP

API v2 supports common reseller workflows such as listing services, creating orders, checking status, supported cancellation and balance lookup. ## Plans

The public website presents Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans based on order volume and operational needs. Published pricing and plan terms are indicative until confirmed during signup.

## Terminology

- **Storefront:** A customer-facing site with its own brand and service catalog.
- **Provider:** An external system that receives and fulfills service orders.
- **Reseller:** A partner that submits and tracks orders through the interface or API.
- **Organization:** A workspace containing members, permissions, wallets and related activity.
