## What LarkPanel is

LarkPanel is an operating platform for businesses that sell social media marketing services. Customers can launch storefronts under their own domains and branding, connect service providers, set selling prices, accept VietQR payments and monitor orders from a shared workspace.

## Main workflows

1. Create an account and launch a storefront.

## Product capabilities

### Storefronts and brands

LarkPanel supports multiple storefronts with separate domains, logos and languages. This lets one account operate several customer-facing brands.

### Orders and routing

Orders have visible realtime states. Provider routing can select a suitable source and retry or fall back when a provider has a problem.

### Pricing and customers

Operators can maintain standard prices and create prices or discounts for specific customer groups. Voucher support helps operators reward returning customers.

### Payments and reporting

VietQR top-ups, wallet balances, transaction history, refunds and operating reports are available in the platform.

### Teams and security

Team members can be invited with scoped access. Authentication options include Google, Apple and device passkeys.

### Integrations

SMM Panel API v2 supports reseller order workflows. MCP connectivity is intended for AI-assisted integrations and tools.

## Plans

The public website currently presents Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans. Higher plans support more orders and progressively add multi-site management, automatic routing, team collaboration, reporting, permissions and tailored enterprise workflows.
